My name is Veronika Wilson, and I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Games Design at the University of Staffordshire, where I previously graduated with honours in Game Design and Programming. I’m a cross-disciplinary game designer with experience in Unreal Engine (Blueprints) and Unity (C#), specialising in gameplay prototyping, level design, and systems design.
I enjoy designing both independently and in collaborative environments and have experience working in both supporting and leading roles, delivering projects on scope and on schedule. Combining creativity, technical understanding, and iterative problem-solving I craft engaging gameplay and whimsical worlds. I am now seeking a designer role within the game industry where I can contribute my skills and passion to create engaging, fun games.
I’m a big fan of captivating stories and immersive exploration, so you’ll usually find me wandering through vast open-world RPGs. I’m especially drawn to games that empower players with meaningful choices and multiple endings shaped by their decisions.
Outside of gaming, I take every opportunity to travel, I love discovering new places, cultures, and food (especially food). At home, I proudly serve my two spoiled cats, Luna & Simba. When I slow down, I enjoy colouring or journaling to recharge my creativity.
